Before making my reservation I read quite a few of negative comments but the score was over 7, so I decided to give it a try. I stayed for 7 nights and everything met or exceeded my expectations. I believe the negative comments are from guests that where unlucky or just too picky. - The room was very clean at my arrival. It was also exactly as in the pics. Very comfortable and spacious. - Wifi worked well for everything I used it for (web browsing and Netflix). - Plenty of outside parking at the premises at all times. Stalls were large enough for trucks. - A/C and heater worked well - Good location; 3 minutes by car from downtown San Clemente and the beach - Staff was nice and check-in/out was fast I was pretty happy with my stay and it was the second cheapest on Booking. I was also surprised by the negative comments and previously read, that's why I decided to do a detailed review.

Really enjoyed ourselves here. The jacuzzi is a very nice size. 2 balcony's in this room with decent view despite freeway. You can see the ocean from a far. Shower is small & basic. The room was fairly clean. Bed was nice & firm. Comes with small refrigerator, lil coffee pot, 2 nice size tv's, closet, small couch, vanity etc. There needs to be a few improvements. Couldn't beat the price for the perks in this area though. Very quiet & chill area. Staff was friendly.

Staff was great ! Hotel looked a lil dirty our TV didn’t work and fridge rt away so we had to call down then the bedding had stains all on top and we had to call for a change of sheets and took a few hours to get and lamp was ripped and stained and dirty as well

Very clean. Our room set up was spacious and it was quiet all through the night and early morning. Extra towels and pillows were already provided in our room which was appreciated. Breakfast choices were good and the staff was very friendly.
